Gnocchi are perfect pillows of delicious goodness. They were the first thing I remember my Nonna teaching me to make as a little girl.
They can however be difficult to master. Once you know the tips and tricks and the sticking points to look out for, you'll be rolling gnocchi like a Nonna in no time!
