LIVE Demonstration: Citrus Preserving

  • Bruno Gianatti Hall Munro Street Jarrahdale, Western Australia, 6124 Australia (map)

Join us for a practical and inspiring Citrus Preserving session with Amy Sloan from My Nonna Life.

Winter is the perfect time to make the most of beautiful seasonal citrus. In this session, Amy will share traditional preserving skills and simple ideas to help you turn lemons, oranges and other citrus into delicious homemade preserves.

Learn how citrus can be used to create flavourful jams, marmalades, pickles, syrups or preserved lemons, while also discovering ways to reduce food waste and make the most of excess produce at home.

This session is designed to be warm, friendly and achievable, whether you are completely new to preserving or looking for fresh ideas to use your seasonal fruit.

Come along, be inspired, and learn how traditional skills can help us waste less, save more and enjoy homemade flavours all year round.

Bookings are essential to reserve your spot - book today through Humanitix.

NOTE: This event is managed by the City of Serpentine-Jarrahdale. Please contact them directly at Macarena.RoblesAvalos@sjshire.wa.gov.au
