Gnocchi are perfect pillows of delicious goodness. They were the first thing I remember my Nonna teaching me to make as a little girl.
They can however be difficult to master. Once you know the tips and tricks and the sticking points to look out for, you'll be rolling gnocchi like a Nonna in no time!
In this hands on cooking workshop, you will have the opportunity to make your own gnocchi from scratch, including:
Potato Gnocchi
Ricotta Gnocchi
Plus two different sauces to pair with your gnocchi
You will prepare your own gnocchi, with the sauces demonstrated.
In addition to preparing the above items, we will also talk about the types of flour, potato and ricotta to use and how to freeze and store and cook your gnocchi.

If you've never made gnocchi before, this class will teach you everything you need to know and provide you with the equipment to continue your gnocchi journey at home!

This class is not suitable for coealics or those with a gluten intolerance, unfortunately this cannot be catered for with these recipes.
