In this hands on preserving workshop, you will have the opportunity to make a number of citrus preserves and household items, including:
Preserved Lemons
Pickled Limes
Orange Curd
Citrus Cleaning Solution
Citrus Marmalade*
You will prepare these items yourself, with some items made in small groups.
Please note - as my marmalade recipe is a two day process, this recipe will be demonstrated due to the time involved but you will get to see the end to end process from the fruit preparation to how to cook.
