Gift the joy of homemade preserves this festive season! Join me for a fun filled festive themed workshop where you will learn an array of food preserving methods to make delicious preserves to gift to friends and family, or incorporate into your own menus to enjoy.
In this hands on food preserving workshop, we will work with seasonal produce to make an array of treats that you can gift or enjoy yourself. The techniques learn can then be applied to all kinds of produce throughout the year. 
We will make: 
Boozy Spiced Cherries (learn the art of bottling fruit)
Apricot Jam (learn the art of jam making)
Bread and Butter Pickles (learn the art of pickling)
Fruit Curd (learn the art of curd-making)
You will prepare all the above items yourself or in groups and take everything you make home.
In addition to making the above goodies, you will also be shown how to water-bath your goods for long term shelf storage - please note, you will need to do this at home after the workshop as they are unable to be disturbed in order to seal properly.

In the event that the workshop is rescheduled to a new date, and you are unable to attend the new date then a refund will be provided. If the workshop is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be provided.
