Gift the joy of homemade preserves this festive season! Join me for a fun filled festive themed LIVE cooking demonstration where you will learn an array of food preserving methods to make delicious preserves to gift to friends and family, or incorporate into your own menus to enjoy.

We will work with seasonal produce to make an array of treats that you can gift or enjoy yourself. The techniques learn can then be applied to all kinds of produce throughout the year.

During this event, you'll watch step-by-step demonstrations on how to make an array of Christmas themed preserves and also receive detailed recipe cards and handout to guide you through the processes at home. Enjoy delicious taste tests after the demonstration where you will have the chance to see and taste the finished products.
